Salary### Overview: We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Host/Host. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive dining experience. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you. ### Duties: - Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome upon arrival - Escort guests to their tables and provide menus - Assist in seating guests according to their preferences and the restaurant's seating capacity - Manage waitlists and reservations using the Aloha POS system - Communicate effectively with guests, servers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations - Provide accurate wait time estimates and updates to waiting guests - Answer phone calls and handle inquiries regarding reservations or general restaurant information - Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host/host station - Assist in bussing tables and resetting them for new guests when needed ### Qualifications: - Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - A friendly and outgoing personality with a genuine desire to provide exceptional guest service Join our team today and be part of creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.
