Responsibility
Keeps management fully informed of all issues (i.e. problems, unusual matters of significance and positive events). Completes job responsibilities and performance objectives in a timely and effective manner and in accordance with Taegukgi policies and procedures. Maintains a favorable working relationship with all company employees to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working environment which will be conducive to maximum employee morale, productivity and efficiency/effectiveness. At all times provides a favorable image of Taegukgi. Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested. Hours may vary and priority will be given to employees with the best availability and work performance (typical work week = 15-30 hours).
Work Environment
Restaurant setting is loud, fast-paced and high stress. Requires working in close proximity with fellow employees. Restaurant operates 365 days a year and serves alcoholic beverages.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This position regularly requires frequent late nights, weekends and holiday work. Applicant must be able to work 15+ hours weekly with flexible availability.
