Local full-service hotel is looking for enthusiastic, hospitable team members with great communication skills and personality to provide our guests with a memorable first impression of our hotel’s dining experience.
The Host/Hostess is responsible to greet guests as soon as they approach the restaurant, seating the guests based on guest preference and seating availability and presenting a clean menu while assisting the guest with any initial needs or questions they may have.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Greet and seat guests.
Monitor the table seatings (clean, dirty, occupied, vacant), waiting times and floor plan to assure guest satisfaction.
Provide guests information such as buffet options, daily feautures, drink specials, etc.
Clean, organize and stock host station including menus, daily feature menus, extra silverware, etc.
Answer the host phone and assist guests with inquiries in a hospitable and pleasant tone while providing excellent customer service.
Interact with the guests upon arrival, while they wait and upon departure ensuring their enjoyment and utmost in satisfaction while dining with us.

This open position is for AM and PM shifts on weekends.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
