Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the facility
- Escort guests to their assigned tables or rooms
- Provide menus and assist guests with any questions or special requests
- Manage waitlist and reservations, ensuring efficient seating arrangements
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Coordinate with servers, bar staff, and management to ensure smooth operations
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with taking phone reservations and inquiries
- Process payments and provide accurate change using the POS system
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service, guest relations, or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with poise
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of basic phone etiquette and customer service principles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
