THEO’S: HOST/UTILITY
Reports To: General Manager, Assistant Management, Bar Manager
Key Relationships: Service Staff, Bartenders, Utilities, Kitchen Staff
Time & Pay: Part or Full-Time, [Tipped Out/Tipped/Hourly Position]
$5/HR (UTILITY) - $14.00/hour (HOST) - Base Pay

Time and Attendance
- Clock in and out for each scheduled shift.
- Arrive on-time and “floor-ready” for your shifts as per the Theo’s Employee Manual.
Service and Guest Experience
- Maintain an understanding of the proper steps of service. Consistently execute them with efficiency while maintain a sense of urgency throughout service.
- Ensure constant, proper communication with all service staff, members of management, and the kitchen during service.
- Accurately identify table numbers and seat positions
- Exhibit an understanding/awareness of the pace and speed of service at all times.
- Provide support to all servers/utilities/bartenders.
- Demonstrate knowledge of Department of Health standards
Menu Knowledge and Continued Education
- Stay up to date on changes to Happy Hour, Dinner, Cocktail and Wine menus
- Attend and participate in line up
- Participate and display understanding of menus through quizzing
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift.
- Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs.
