- Interacts with Software Engineers and Managers at different levels; therefore, must possess strong verbal and written communication skills as well as strong personal interaction and leadership skills
- Participates in the design of test cases for software module changes
- Participates in the design and code reviews of other team members
- Changes or creates isolated modules that are completely designed
- Efficient problem solver to design, troubleshoot and make repairs on isolated modules
- Proficiency in Software Design, Development and Testing
- Experience using a procedural computer language, preferably C
- Competent with MS Office Tools, like Outlook, Teams, Excel and Word
- Understands software archival methodologies
