ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provides information on all aspects of Opal Lounge, including menus, pricing, and nightly specials.
  • Recognizes and cultivates regular guests and repeat business.
  • Performs Opal Lounge venue, promotional event, and promotional marketing set up.
  • Provides excellent customer service and assists clients with their reservations.
  • Meets and greets walkup and VIP guests; escorts and seats VIPs into Opal Lounge.
  • Reports any incidents, thefts, violations of company policies to Management.
  • Works effectively with other team members, vendors, and guests. Promotes positive employee and guest relations by adhering to the Thoughtful Service Model.
  • Meets or exceeds targeted sales goals provided by leadership.
  • Regular attendance required.

Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

 To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. In addition to hourly compensation, this position is paid commission at the discretion of the company and is subject to be changed, modified, or terminated at any time.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

 High school diploma or equivalent required. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Must register and maintain registration as a gaming employee in the State of Nevada. LANGUAGE SKILLS Must be able to effectively communicate in English.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

 Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.

COMPUTER SKILLS:

 Must be able to use the point of sale system.

REASONING ABILITY:

 Planning, Remembering Details, Using Arithmetic, Reading, Making Decisions, Discriminating Colors, Working Rapidly, Working at Various Tempos, Concentrating Amid Distractions, Remembering Names and Faces, Examining and Observing Detail.
