JOB TITLE: Host/Busser
REPORTS TO: Guest Services Manager, Floor Managers, Operations Manager

They are significantly more likely to become repeat guests and offer recommendations to potential guests.
ORGANIZATIONAL SCOPE: Position is responsible for determining the flow of guests within the property.
ESSENTIAL GREETER FUNCTIONS:
- Control the overall seating flow of the restaurant.
- Greets and acknowledges guests.
- Answer phone calls and add call ahead groups to the waitlist system.
- Communicates guest complaints, compliments, and needs to management.
- Must be knowledgeable about the company and local area.
ESSENTIAL SEATER FUNCTIONS:
- Takes groups to tables at the guests’ pace.
- Informs guests of specials while walking to the tables
- Clean menus and roll silverware.
- Answer phone calls and add call ahead groups to the waitlist system.
- Write down takeout orders and hand directly to the inside bartender.
- Must keep work area clean and tidy.
- Cleans bathrooms on an hourly basis.
Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
