Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the hotel/resort/hospitality industry
- Proven expertise in procurement, sourcing, transportation, distribution, and inventory management
- Strong background in logistics with a focus on inbound/outbound transportation and warehousing
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop teams to achieve success
- Experience working in a large resort environment is highly desirable
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of procurement operations, including sourcing, purchasing, and inventory management
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost efficiency and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Manage transportation and distribution processes to streamline operations and enhance supply chain performance
- Lead and mentor a team of procurement professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and align procurement strategies with organizational goals
