Hospitalist Locums Need

SPECIALTY: HOSPITALIST * *

LOCATION: NORTH CAROLINA * *

JOB TYPE: LOCUMS **

DESCRIPTION:

·30-35 Patients per day shared with another provider

·Must respond to hospital codes

·EMR: Meditech

REQUIRED:

·NC state license; active, unrestricted

·Board Certified IM, FP, or Med/Ped or Board Eligible within 3 years of completing residency

·ACLS

·Required Procedures: vent management, intubations, EKG interpretation

·Preferred Procedures: central line placement, arterial line placement, elective cardioversion, lumbar puncture, paracentesis, thoracentesis, suturing minor lacerations, I&D

COMPENSATION:

·Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing and transportation needs, etc.)

·Malpractice insurance provided
