Daily Responsibilities for Hospice RN / Registered Nurse:
- Assess patient/family for physical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs to establish plan of care
- Complete on average 4-6 visits per day (based on various factors)
- Schedule your visits closest to home and start from home
Requirements for Hospice RN / Registered Nurse:
- Licensed RN in the state of Michigan
- One (1) year experience as a RN
- Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order. Ability to travel to all business locations.
Hours for this Position Hospice RN / Registered Nurse:
- Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
