We are seeking a compassionate Clinical Liaison to promote our facility's services to patients, their families, and caregivers. The Clinical Liaison will ensure seamless care for patients transitioning to our facility, providing informed recommendations based on a thorough understanding of our services and industry trends.
We are specifically looking for Clinical Liaisons who can engage in hands-on care, as well as a social worker who will rotate between units to support hospice services in a scattered bed format.
Responsibilities:
- Implementing marketing plans to achieve sales goals.
- Cultivating relationships with various sources to generate repeat referrals.
- Participating in ongoing marketing education within the facility to stay informed about available resources.
- Conducting facility tours and delivering presentations to potential referral sources and patient families.
- Attending seminars and conferences to actively promote the facility.
- Collaborating with facility personnel regarding referrals, evaluations, and marketing activities.
- Reviewing physicians' orders, assessing patients' clinical needs, and gathering relevant clinical information.
- Conducting assessments to determine the suitability of prospective admissions.
- Communicating ongoing activities and concerns to the supervisor.
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
- One (1) year of RN experience in the local market, with a solid understanding of governmental home health regulations, Medicare requirements, and care plan development techniques.
- Strong clinical RN background, preferably in a fast-paced ICU or ER environment.
- Previous medical sales experience is preferred; a sales mindset is crucial.
- Active clinical license.
