A Day in the life of a Registered Nurse ( RN )
As a Hospice Care Registered Nurse (RN) at Cornerstone VNA, you'll enjoy autonomy and independence while caring for patients where they are most comfortable, at home. While working independently, support from your manager and your team is just a phone call away.
At each visit, you'll coordinate the delivery of care and consistently demonstrate competency with your technical nursing skills and compassionate approach to end-of-life care. By listening to your patient's needs and their individual goals, you'll work together with their family and caregivers to ensure a peaceful and comforting time. Always driven to provide the best care possible, you'll adjust the care plan as needed with the guidance of the patient's physician, your Hospice Care Team, and the patient and their family.

Qualifications
- Current state of New Hampshire RN License or compact state RN license
- At least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse Preferred (New grad program available as well)
- Proficiency with medical EMR Systems
- Valid driver's license in good standing and vehicle insurance
