Job Description
Constellation Health is looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to work with patients in hospice care in their homes. We know that RNs who want to work in hospice have a heart for patients at this important time in their lives and have a passion for supporting them and their families through their life transition. Schedule: Per diem/evenings (for emergent visit and deathpronouncements)
Salary:$300-400per night
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited RN program.
- Connecticut State Licensed Registered Nurse
- Previous Home Care/Hospice care strongly desired
- Must possess basic computer skills.
