Job Overview

Answers incoming telephone lines and refers callers to the appropriate person/department. Takes/routes messages as appropriate. Completes items on the daily "Receptionist Checklist." Interacts with families and visitors at the Linda E White Hospice House by greeting, answering questions, providing facility information, giving tours and responding to needs. Communicates facilities-related problems to leadership or Engineering and Maintenance as appropriate. Completes work orders as needed. Assists with bulk mailings, admission packets, and clerical duties within time constraints of position. Respects personal and medical patient information in the strictest confidence.

Education and Experience
Completion of High School or GED is required.
