Salary Range: @$25-30 hr DOE plus mileage
Schedule: 3 12s / 8p-8a / rotating weekends
Required: LPN License from State of FL, Clean Driving Record, 1 year acute care experience

Qualifications
Be the Best Hospice Continuous Care Licensed Practical Nurse You Can Be
If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you!
- Graduated from an approved school of professional nursing, Associates Degree preferred
- One year experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse, preferred
Required Certifications and Licensures:
- Licensed to practice as a Practical Nurse or vocational nurse in the state of agency operation
- Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role, preferred
- Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations
- Meet the regulations and requirements of the state(s) in which program provides services
