Are you looking for a part-time schedule? We are looking for compassionate CNAs to join our Float Pool!

CNAs in the Float Pool will supplement staffing needs for changes in patient census and acuity and provide coverage in all patient care areas, to include home care and our in-patient units, as needed.

Mountain Valley, a non-profit hospice, is excited to announce PRN Float Pool opportunities for CNAs who want to work a limited number of hours providing skilled nursing care to terminally ill patients in a variety of settings including their homes, facilities, hospitals and more.

Pay: $20.00 per hour and ₡65.5 mileage reimbursement.

Duties

• This position does require floating to various homecare locations within a geographical area; and also floating to our inpatient facilities
• Provide compassionate care to hospice patients and their families
• Provide care for patients such as bathing, hair, mouth and skin care following the patient care plan
• Recognize, report, and document changes in patient/client condition

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License
• Valid Driver’s License
