If youjoin our team, you will generally work in a focused territory in King County,but you may also be asked at times to change territories or to help cover inareas other than your primary assignment. Although you'll be in the field themajority of your time, our offices are located in Georgetown where we holdtrainings, meetings, and other team activities.

The Admissions RN is a versatile position that encompasses triage, admissions,PRN visit help and quality & compliance activities. Key characteristics forthis role include strong clinical skills, flexibility, organization, compassionand a team-oriented approach to care.
Two shifts available:

1. Full time $15,000 Sign on Bonus
2. Per-Diem position for Visit Help/Float &Admissionsstill qualifies for Sign on Bonus! Pay out is based on average number of hours worked.

Job Description Summary
The HospiceFloat and Admission RN is a versatile position that encompasses admissions andPRN visit help as well as triage and quality & compliance activities asneeded. Key characteristics for this role include strong clinical skills,flexibility, organization, compassion and a team-oriented approach to care.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
1. Complete scheduledadmissions
2. Complete urgentAdmissions.
3. Perform chart audits,compliance tracking and other quality improvement activities.
4. Profile medicationswith hospice pharmacy as needed. Assist case managers in obtainingmedication refills.
5. Assist in orderingdurable medical equipment as needed to support patient care.
6. Assist with fluclinics, tracking requests for patient flu vaccination and COVID testing.
7. Cover visit helprequests per manager request. This includes PPS visits, PRN, and/or routinevisits as needed.
8. Work collaborativelywith Hospice Management team to field triage calls and meet daily needs ofhospice patients.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
1. Graduate of anaccredited nursing program.
2. Has three (3) yearsnursing experience. Community/home health/hospice or medical/surgicalexperience is preferred.
3. Currently licensed asa registered nurse in the state.
4. Complies with acceptedprofessional standards and practice.
5. Demonstrates goodverbal and written communication, and organization skills.
6. Possesses andmaintains CPR certification.
7. Must be a licenseddriver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state/ororganization requirements and is in good working order.
