Hospice - Director Of Patient Care Services (Don)

We are looking for a Director of Nursing (Licensed RN) in Portland, OR . The Director of Nursing will work with our Executive Director (Nurse Practitioner) to provide leadership and effective management with the Interdisciplinary team for hospice clinical services.

The candidate MUST have combined 3 years of Hospice or Home Health Experience as it is required by the state for this leadership role. No exceptions.

· Strong clinical knowledge (Hospice/Home Health experience)

Working in a hospice setting, it is important to be resilient and sympathetic, along with having emotional and physical stability to deal with severe illness and death.

Qualifications:

· Registered Nurse in the state of Oregon

· Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred)

· Licensed and insured driver with a reliable automobile

· Willing to be on-call as patients and team needs arise

Total compensation package will be discussed based on candidates experiences.
