Cascade Health is looking to expand our Hospice home care team. The Hospice Home Care Aide functions as a member of the Hospice House team, providing services to patients and families. Provide personal care and hygiene-related services for patients according to the physician’s plan of treatment and under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse. This is a per diem position with a variable schedule.

High school graduate or equivalent and current Oregon certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant.

Successful completion of approved basic education program for CNA. One year of acute care or nursing home experience. Ability to pass competency test for Home Health Aide. Must have valid driver’s license, insured vehicle for transportation, and a means of communication.
