- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification by the state as a home health aide and completion of an approved training program.
- CPR certification
- Access to a motor vehicle, a valid driver's license, and personal auto liability insurance coverage. Ready to hit the road?
Your Role on this Life-Changing Journey:
- Follow the interdisciplinary plan of care.
- Provide personal care, making patients feel comfortable and well cared for in their homes.
- Maintain a safe and soothing environment for our patients.
- Stay observant and proactive, reporting changes in the patient's condition.
- Complete appropriate documentation in a timely manner.
