Job Description
The Senior Clinical Manager is responsible for daily operations of hospice care services ensuring field support to clinical team is available and patient care is coordinated, managed, and delivered appropriately; provide staff coverage and training; will assist the Director of Clinical Services (DCS) in the overall direction, implementation and evaluation of goals and objectives of hospice care services.

Essential Duties
- Coordinates and oversees all direct and indirect patient services
- Ensures compliance of clinical operations with local, state and federal laws
- Assists with development and implementation of orientation, training and Quality Assurance programs
- Assists DCS with hiring, evaluating, and providing training/coaching with staff
- Promotes Hospice referrals in the healthcare community
- Ensures and provides staff coverage including, but not limited to, performing direct patients care.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Must have RN licensure in Oregon
- 2 years management experience in Hospice or a related health care organization
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Be a licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order
