The Opportunity:

- Provide expert nursing care, symptom management, and emotional support tailored to each patient's needs.
- Act as a liaison, advocating for patients' and families' needs and coordinating with healthcare providers and community resources.
- Educate families and caregivers on end-of-life care, ensuring they feel supported and informed.

Who You Are:
- A licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Massachusetts, with experience in hospice or palliative care. preferred but not required.
- Compassionate, with a deep understanding of the emotional complexities involved in end-of-life care.

- A team player who collaborates effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
