We are looking for a caring and hardworking Full-Time Hospice Aideto join our growing team. This person will provide exceptional care to patients who require one-to-one attention and monitoring in their homes in the Orem, UT area.

Job Summary:
To provide personal care services to the terminally ill hospice patient, under the direction of the RN. To work as a member of the Hospice team in providing Hospice care within the guidelines of the Interdisciplinary Group care plan.
Essential Functions:
Under the direction and ongoing supervision of the registered nurse, provides essential personal care assistance to the patient:
- Bath, care of mouth, skin, and hair.
- Bathroom or in using bedpan or commode.
- Bed transfers as well as ambulation activities as ordered under the care plan.
- Assess vital signs if assigned by a registered nurse.
- Adhere to the organization's documentation and care procedures and standards of personal and professional conduct.
Qualifications:
- Current UT Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate (CNA)
- Current driver's license, auto insurance, reliable transportation
- CPR Certified through the American Heart Association
- Must be at least 18 years old.
