Hospice Advisor/Marketer Experience Required

We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Advisor (Marketing) to help us grow our business.
Hospice Marketing Experience is required for this job.

The primary responsibilities would be to:
Growth of the referral base
Identifying opportunities within the senior communities by reaching out to assisted living, memory care, adult family homes, hospitals, and doctors.
Responsible for achieving and exceeding of admission goals.
Building collaborative working relationships with referral sources and internal team members.
Develop Relationships with key facility leaders in a legal and compliant manner.
Help assess the appropriateness of services to clients/patients for next level of care.
Providing clinical support and case management on Homecare, Palliative and Hospice
Demonstrate the technical selling skills and product knowledge necessary to effectively present Royal Hospice values and expertise.
Partner with the clinical team to ensure that highest level of service and support to our patients, referral sources, and community.
