We have an opening for a HomeCare Supervisor who can answer yes to these questions. HomeCare Supervisor's Benefits include:
- Base Annual Salary ranges between $48,000 and $60,000

HomeCare Supervisor's Primary Responsibilities:
- Familiarize with SYNERGY HomeCare Processes and Procedures on deliverying HomeCare Services
- Participate and/or assist in Home Assessments working together with Community Liason / Sales Team
- Seek and understand the customer's care plan and required details from Community Liason / Sales Team
- Own the execution of the care plan for the cusotmer
- Confirm and update caregivers' availability including vacation, sick time, and holidays
- Document skills and attributes of caregivers to ensure strong matching to clients
- Follow up with new caregiver hires to explain the scheduling process
- Establish a great rapport with caregivers and clients
- Schedules shifts and hours by matching caregiver qualifications and availability to client’s needs.
- Watching scheduled visit lists to be sure that all caregiver shifts are completed for our clients.
- Proactively adjust or fill in the shifts whenever there is a change in schedule.
- Communicates new assignments and/or schedule changes to Caregivers and Customers
- Update scheduling data to initiate accurate payroll and billing processes.
- Participate in after hours, on-call duty on a rotating basis.
- Work with Client Care Manager and HR Coordinator/Recruiter to assist with issues resolutions
- Document changes in client’s conditions.
- Document caregiver call outs, refusal of shifts, and any other changes including explanations as to why changes were made.
- Documents all quality calls and visits.
- Contribute to the growth of the company.
- Reporting of accountabilities and recommendations on services improvements
- Recommend caregivers for monthly recognition
HomeCare Supervisor's Requirements:
- Experience – Two years experience in home care supervision role preferred
- Education – High school diploma / Associate Degree / Bachelors Degree / Health or Home Care Industry Certifications or Licensure
- Skills – Exceptional Customer Service Skills, Time Management Skills, Communication Skills
