Homecare RN 13 Week Contract in Nederland, Texas

A Homecare RN is needed forthe opportunity to work with an excellent Homecare agency for 13 Weeksin Nederland, Texas. The selected Homecare RN will be expected to provide direct patient care in accordance with home care policies.

• Full TimeContract
• 25-30 units weekly
• OASIS documentation completed within 24 hours

Requirements for the ideal Homecare RN:

• At least 1 year of recent Home Health experience required
• Admissions / Case Management experience preferred
• Current Texas state RN License
• Current BLS (AHA)
• OASIS 24-48-hour turnaround REQUIRED
• Homecare Homebase experience required
• Valid Drivers License and Insurance
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
