Designer I will support the design of residential structures (as they relate to IRC and IBC codes and standards) for the company by participating in planning meetings and coordinating with management. Assist in the creation and maintenance of the company plan portfolio. Apply company design guidelines and policies with respect to architecture, structure, mechanical and other building systems, with particular focus on lowest cost and best value. Collaboratively manage the company’s design needs through careful planning. Ensure that designs are industry leading and socially responsible and cost-effective.

Requirements include a minimum of a Bachelor of Architecture or Interior Design Degree, with zero to two years of experience in residential design. Ability to read, analyze and interpret design drawings, construction documentation and project plans. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
