Home Staging Assistant

TACTIC Home Staging and Interiors is a Home Staging company located in Washington Dc. TACTIC supports home sellers with quick-and-easy designs that sell homes fast. Our designs are carefully curated to appeal to the largest group of potential buyers while showcasing up-to-the-minute design trends. We have years of professional staging and design experience and work with developers, real estate professionals, and individual clients to transform properties into homes.

We are looking for an experienced Home Staging Assistant with a minimum of 1 year of staging or interior design and installation experience. We are looking for very organized, detail-oriented, able to go the extra mile to get the job done type of person.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Selection and packing of accessories, linens, props, artwork, pillows, lamps for the project and packing items for transport
• Unpacking of the items on the site, making beds, steaming linens, assisting with art and mirror installation
• Assisting with warehouse organization of pillows and accessories

• Leading de-stagings:
• Packing of all items, inspection of furniture for damages
• Supervising movers during de-stagings, navigating moves in apartment buildings

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

-Must be able to work with minimal supervision

-Must be able to meet deadlines

-Must be punctual

-Must be able to work on the project from start to finish

-Must be able to work within a team environment

-Excellent customer service skills

-Must be able to multitask

-Must be highly organized

-Must be proactive and able to work independently

-Must have own an SUV type of vehicle

This is a contract position

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
