We are expanding our team and seeking dedicated Home Stagers to join us in preparing clients' homes for estate sales, with a focus on organization and presentation.

Job Overview:
As a Home Stager at Aaron's Estate Sales, you will play a vital role in creating an inviting and attractive setting for estate sales in clients' homes. Your responsibilities will include organizing items, designing aesthetically pleasing setups, and managing the removal of unsellable items and trash to ensure successful estate sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to transform clients' homes into visually appealing estate sale setups.
• Use your creative flair to stage the property, ensuring it appeals to potential buyers.
• Organize and arrange items for optimal presentation and pricing by the pricing team.
• Manage the removal of unsellable items and trash to maintain a clean and organized environment.
• Safeguard clients' belongings and maintain the integrity of the property during the setup process.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to meet project deadlines and objectives.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in home staging, interior design, or a related field.
• Strong creative and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities.
• Strong physical stamina to perform tasks related to setup and organization.
• Previous experience in estate sales or knowledge of antiques and collectibles is beneficial but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.50 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
