We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Manager to lead our home maintenance, service, and warranty programs. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the ongoing satisfaction of our clients by overseeing the delivery of top-notch maintenance services for their residences.

We are looking for an individual with a passion for performance, good organization, team accountability and a solid, successful work history. We are open to fresh ideas and want someone who is constantly looking for ways to improve.

Responsibilities:

  1. Program Implementation
    • Develop and implement the home maintenance program, ensuring alignment with the company's standards and client expectations
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate maintenance services seamlessly into the overall client experience.
  2. Client Relationship Management:
    • Act as the main point of contact for clients enrolled in the maintenance program.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing inquiries, concerns, and service requests promptly and professionally.
  3. Service Quality Assurance:
    • Establish and enforce rigorous standards for service quality and consistency.
    • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure that all maintenance services meet or exceed company standards.
  4. Team Leadership:
    • Recruit, train, and lead a team of skilled maintenance professionals.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and excellence.
  5. Budget Management:
    • Develop and manage the annual budget for the maintenance program, ensuring financial goals are met while maintaining service quality.
  6. Continuous Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the maintenance program.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Several years of related work experience.
  • Proven experience in client relationship management and customer service.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of high-end residential construction and maintenance practices.
  • Budget management experience is a plus.
  • High fluency with technology and software.
  • Solid analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize work and make decisions independently.
