Home Provider

Assistance with dressing, grooming, and exercise, assistance with cooking and verbal assistance with eating, cleaning and laundry, changing adult diapers, and skills training in activities of daily living. Documentation of daily progress notes is also required.
Schedule: Part-time, 28 hrs per week. (Split Shift)
Monday through Friday, one hour in the morning 6:30 am - 7:30 am.
Monday through Thursday, 3:00 pm -6:00 pm.
Friday 3:00 pm-5:00 pm.
Saturday 7:30 am - 11:30 am.
Sunday 7:30 am - 12:30 pm.
