Entry level position with the goal being to provide highly skilled administrative assistance to the Loan Processing Team. We are looking for a fast paced, team-oriented individual to join our top-producing team. Must be detail oriented and possess solid organizational and time management skills. Must be able to work independently and handle multiple priorities under pressure of deadlines and time restraints. Effective communication skills are essential. Responsibilities
- Assists loan processors to gather information to clear underwriting conditions. Responds to inquiries and follows up with key individuals promptly to resolve problems.
- Requests and reviews file documentation, including income/employment verifications, bank statements or verifications of deposit and appraisals.
- Be able to communicate with applicants/borrowers, realtors, builders, appraisers, title companies and others in the department to ensure efficient and timely workflow.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
