Join our client's team as a franchise owner and full-time home and property inspector inspecting the construction of existing buildings.Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):Visually examine buildings and write reports about the condition of major components such as the roof, overall structure, insulation, and exterior and interior systems such as plumbing, electrical, and heatingCommunicating with clients, agents, and other associated partiesAnswering calls and booking jobsMarketing to various referral partnersRole Requirements:High school diploma/GEDProficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM and role-specific inspection softwareExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenGood organizational skills and the ability to multitaskExcellent phone and cold calling skillsExceptional customer service skillsStrong customer-care focus; understanding customer needs and requirementsPersonal Requirements:Enjoys working with peopleExcellent problem-solving capabilitiesAbility to work with minimal supervisionExcellent teaming and collaborative skills; people-orientedMarketing and Sales skills are considered an assetOther Details:There is an old stereotype that you must have a "trades" background or be male to be an Inspector.
