The booking coordinator:
· Answers phone calls from clients and real estate agents
· Schedules Home Inspections and provides information on our services
· Handles client questions and concerns
· Assists with administrative details related to scheduling inspection services
· Must have good phone presence and ability to handle customers in a polite and professional manner.
· Has strong computer skills, as our office is heavily driven by technology
· Must be upbeat, out-going, and energetic!
· Has a positive outlook and attitude and enjoy working towards goals.
