Empower Health in Kailua with Home Infusion Therapy We're seeking dedicated Home Infusion Nurses in Kailua to provide compassionate, expert in-home care and infusion services to our patients. We're looking for dedicated Home Infusion Registered Nurses who are committed to providing exceptional in-Home Infusion therapy to patients.

Role and Responsibilities:

• 🌊 Deliver personalized, high-quality infusion therapy to patients in their Kailua homes.
• 💉 Administer IVIG, antibiotics, TPN, and other specialized treatments.
• 📊 Conduct thorough patient assessments and adjust care plans accordingly.
• 📝 Maintain precise documentation in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
• 🤝 Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes.
• 🧰 Manage and maintain infusion equipment to the highest standards.
• 🎓 Educate patients and families about infusion therapy and health management.

Qualifications:

• 🎓 Nursing degree with significant experience as an RN, or IV Certified LVN/LPN.
• 🆔 Active nursing license in Hawaii.
• ❤️ Current CPR/BLS certification.
• 🚗 Ability to travel within Kailua for patient visits.
• 💻 Skilled in using EMR and healthcare software systems.
