Registered Nurse - Home Infusion

This is a weekend per diem opportunity, no weekdays available for this posting

$45.00 / hour

6-8 hours every other week / one weekend day

Duties:
- Place peripheral IV and Administer infusion therapy treatments to patients as ordered by MD
- Monitor patients during infusion therapy to ensure safety and effectiveness
- Assess patient's condition and response to treatment
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families on infusion therapy procedures and self-care techniques
- Document patient information, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and timely
- Maintain a sterile and safe environment for infusion therapy procedures

Skills:
- Proficient in peripheral IV placement
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
- Experience in case management for patients receiving infusion therapy
- Familiarity with esthetic laser treatment procedures
- Knowledge of mammography techniques for patients undergoing infusion therapy
- Ability to work in a medical office setting and collaborate with other healthcare professionals
- Skilled in taking vital signs accurately and interpreting the results
- Experience with cardiac catheterization procedures related to infusion therapy
- Familiarity with sterile processing techniques for equipment used in infusion therapy

Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Hampshire
- Minimum of [2] years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in an infusion therapy setting
- BLS certification required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize patient care responsibilities
