OTE $120,000: We believe in rewarding hard work. With our uncapped commission structure, you have the potential to achieve an impressive On-Target Earnings of $220,000 or more.

Responsibilities

Identify and engage with homeowners interested in smart home and energy-efficient upgrades.

Educate customers on the benefits of our products and how they can leverage the Inflation Reduction Act for substantial rebates.

Conduct thorough assessments of homes to recommend tailored solutions.

Close deals and ensure a seamless transition to our installation teams.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the Home Improvement or related industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic and competitive sales environment.

Knowledge of smart home technologies and energy-efficient solutions is a plus.
