Immediate openings! Do you have a great phone voice and enjoy talking to people on the phone? Are you comfortable texting and working with cutting edge tech? Would you like to work for a fun, competitive, and growing company? If so, this may be the perfect position for you! We are currently looking to add 1 more representative to our call center here in West Springfield. Must be able to work evenings and Saturdays.

Job duties include:

• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls
• Work with the newest technology platforms and Chatgpt
• Customer Service
• Manage sales reps schedules
• Achieve weekly and monthly quotas
• We have an excellent compensation package for this position that includes an hourly rate and bonus opportunities.

Must be dependable, have a great phone voice, and have a positive attitude.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
