Home Health Visit - Registered Nurse Contract

Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a rewarding 13-week Home Health contract in Richmond, Kentucky.

Requirements:

• Active RN licensure in Kentucky.
• Minimum one year of recent Home Health experience.
• Proficiency in OASIS and Homecare Homebase (HCHB) systems.
• Current BLS Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Advantageous: Experience managing a home-to-home workload.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on comprehensive home care treatment plans.
• Document and track patient progress using OASIS and HCHB.
• Administer medication and provide essential wound care as needed.

• Mileage reimbursement available for travel within Richmond.
