Home Health Scheduler - Onsite Pewaukee - Part Time Weekends

Schedule Details: Work three weekends on, one weekend off rotation. 7am-12pm Saturday and Sunday mornings. Holiday rotation, 2 holidays per year. Ability to pick up additional hours during the week for PTO a plus.

Physical, occupational and speech therapists address home safety concerns, strengthening and rehabilitation needs. Our licensed social workers offer assistance with community resources, financial assistance and supportive care and counseling to patients and families.

What You Will Do:
The Home Health Scheduler is responsible for coordinating all activities related to scheduling staff and patient assignments for ProHealth Home Care and Hospice. Specifically, accurate scheduling, registering and entering data of patient information into the Epic system.
What you will need:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of related scheduling and/or health care experience preferred.
- Experience with Epic EMR preferred.
