Home Health Rn Office

Ability Home Health is a Home Health agency serving Central Indiana patients. We are owned and operated by an RN that is dedicated to offering compassionate, quality care to patients, and attaining and retaining elite professionals. We are a family oriented small business, fully staffed with clinicians, and have multiple cultures and languages on staff. We have doubled our census every year and are looking for another full-time RN to join our office team! We know that caring for our staff is a key factor in caring for our patients. MUST HAVE HOME HEALTH EXPERIENCE!!!

Job Responsibilities:

• Quality Assurance of EMRs
• Interacts with clients, caregivers, and resolves concerns
• Communicates with physician regarding the patients needs and reports any changes in the patients condition
• Obtains Prior Authorizations from Medicaid and other insurances
• Analyzes data gathered from assessment and records reviews
• Assists with field staff schedules
• Produces weekly and monthly reports pertinent for maintaining quality assurance
• Plans and implements the Quality Assessment Performance Improvement (QAPI) program to enhance the quality of patient care
• 1-2 days a week PRN Home Health visits as an RN

What is required:

• Drivers license
• Active RN IN license
• CPR certification
• Home health/hospice experience
• Be willing to adjust to industry changes and regulations
• Positive attitude
• Dedication to quality patient care
• Maintain industry standards

Job Types: full time in office

Weekly schedule:

• Monday to Friday in the office

Experience:

• Home health: 2 years with at least 1 year in office experience
• Must know OASIS
• Quality Assurance experience

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
• RN License (Required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
