HH RN Contract Details
- ASAP starts
- 40 guaranteed hours a week
- Paid hourly, not per visit
- Patient Types: Patients typically have multiple comorbidities and can include (but not limited to): CHF, COPD, pneumonia, cancer, dementia, kidney disease, hypertension, fall, fracture, infections, cellulitis, post-surgical, wound care, ostomy care, labs, IV infusion, etc.
- Patient Ratios: Case Manager: 20-30 patients
- Full Time Hours
- 8-hour Day shifts available
- 8-9a - 4-5p; Mon. - Fri.

Requirements
- 2 year of recent Home Health experience
- BLS
- WI or Compact RN License
- Reliable Transportation
- Travel experience, first time travelers with Home Health experience considered
- Epic experience
