Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in-home settings
- Administer medications and treatments
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members
- Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
Qualifications:
- Current RN license
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- Passion for providing care to those in need
- Strong interpersonal skills
- A dedication to patient-centered care
- Familiarity with EMR/Kinnser software (preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN, Permanent, Per diem, Temporary
Pay: $125.00 - $150.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
