In this Home Health Office Assistant role, you would act as the office organizational pro in the Seattle, WA area. We are looking for someone who has the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment, is a self starter, and possesses strong critical thinking skills as well as the ability to work independently.

What You Would be Responsible for:
- Organizes and directs the agency's on-going functions and works closely with the office administrator, Director of Nursing, clinical managers, and sales/marketing team
- Involved in performing clerical duties in the office setting such as answering phone lines, take messages, supporting employees, patients and referral sources as needed.
- Maintain self in a professional manner at all times
- Other responsibilities will be assigned
Haven Qualification Standards:
- Must be a high school graduate
- Home Health care experience preferred
