The Medical Social Worker (MSW) helps identify and provide for each patient's social, emotional, and psychological needs. Essential functions include but are not limited to developing a social history; social assessment and care plan which identifies status; pertinent problems; and needs of the patient.

Job Requirements
- MSW degree from an accredited program
- Oklahoma LCSW, preferred
- desire to work with the elderly and disabled population
- ability to seek out resources for those in need
- computer capable - MS Office programs
- strong and timely documentation skills are a must
