SalaryWe are a new Home Health Agency looking to hire a marketer for our agency. The candidate must have prior experience in Home Health. This is an exciting role for someone interested in growing their career as the company grows. Bonuses will be offered based on performance.
Expectations:
. A candidate who is passionate and driven.
. A candidate who is able to generate referrals by establishing and maintaining relationships with service providers including hospital case managers, Assisted Living Facilities, Rehabillitation Centers, Skilled Nursing Facilities, and Doctors' Offices, etc.
. A candidate who is able to identify target markets.
. A candidate who is able to create marketing plans and execute them.
. Ability to create brochures , newsletters, and other marketing material.
. Must have excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
. Must have strong knowledge of marketing principles.
. Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
