Job Functions and Responsibilities
a. Handles In-Take and Staffing and coordinates with referral source
b. Admits patients in the system ( admission orders, plotting frequency, etc.)
c. Prepares NOA (Notice of Action)
c. Handles patient care coordination
d. Handles coordination with medical director/s
e. Handles pre-billing to ensure patient chart is ready for billing
Job Qualifications
1. Licensed Vocational Nurse with current licensure to practice professional nursing in the state.
2. At least 3 years' experience in Home Health
3. At least 1 year experience in OASIS
4. Demonstrates good communication, negotiation and public relation skills.
