Home Health Contract Registered Nurse (Rn) - Fort Wayne, Indiana

We are actively seeking a RN for a Home Health position located in Fort Wayne, IN. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of recent Home Health experience, have OASIS and HCHB experience and be able to perform 25-30 points weekly.

Requirements:

• Active RN license
• Active Drivers license and car insurance
• Ability to pass a drug screening and background check
• BLS (AHA)
• Must haveOasis and HCHB experience

Job details:

• M-F
• 13-week contract
• 8a-5p
• On-call as needed
