What you’ll do in this role:

• Assists Clinical Leadership team in planning development and administration of the Agency as set forth in the policies and procedures.
• Serves as a clinical liaison between interdepartmental teams, referral sources and patients.
• Provides leadership in promoting and maintaining standards for giving good quality care by all members of the patient care team.
• Provides supervision, direction, and performance management to Assistant Clinical Directors.

We are looking for a compassionate Clinical Director with:

• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred or Equivalent Experience
• Supervisory Experience, preferably in Home Health
• Minimum of seven (7) years of management experience
• RN license in the state you work
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience working as an RN in a Home Health setting
